I’m continuing my story about the development of games and other size‑difference content.
Since I decided not to tie adding new dialogues to creating new images, work on the game has been going a bit faster. Of course, there’s a chance that it just feels that way to me, but I really hope that the development productivity has actually improved. Plus, I’ve almost gotten rid of all the placeholder images with a black background, replacing them with scenes made from the RPG Maker engine’s standard tiles.
If no force majeure occurs, the new version of the working build will be published.
I’d like to say a few words about the free demo version of the game. There definitely will be one! Unfortunately, right now I can’t say when that will happen. Based on the unsuccessful experience of developing my two other games, I’ve realized that the demo version should be indistinguishable from the final version of the original game. The demo should include only the best and highest‑quality moments in order to hook the players as strongly as possible.
With the game “Size Difference World”, whose development is temporarily on hold until better times, I made a big mistake. I published one of the working builds as a demo, which generated a huge amount of negative feedback and criticism. I don’t want to repeat that mistake again.
Unfortunately, at the moment the game “Erindale: The Code of Reality” doesn’t have enough content to create a demo version. And, alas, I can’t yet say when the demo will be ready. The game’s development is proceeding in a very unpredictable and difficult way. I’ve already talked several times about my life situation in previous posts. Unfortunately, nothing has changed for the better right now. Most of the time, I have to work at three factories to provide for my two children. There’s no other way, unfortunately. The support I get from my followers is minimal, so I could say I’m working out of sheer enthusiasm. My free time is limited to evenings on weekends; in some exceptional cases, a couple of evenings during the week. It’s very hard. Plus, I have to hide my work on the game from my children because they don’t need to see that kind of content yet. Moreover, they don’t need to know that I’m creating this content.
Coming back to the public free content, at the moment I can offer only one thing. I can try to create a video showing the most interesting and striking moments from the working build. After watching the video, everyone will be able to decide for themselves whether they want to get access to the full version of the latest working build (and support the game’s development) or not.
I’ll do my best to make the video by the time the new version of the working build is published. But, alas, my life is so chaotic that I can’t give a 100 % guarantee. But I promise to do everything I can.
As of today, I’ve managed to create three new in‑game images. They’re already available in the private gallery.

I sincerely apologize for the fact that the development is progressing too slowly and many promises made earlier have not been fulfilled. I always do everything I can. But I have to provide for my children, so I spend most of my time working three jobs. It’s very hard. I’m constantly thinking about how to speed up the game’s development. After all, many people criticize me precisely because the development is moving too slowly. Unfortunately, right now I don’t have any ideas on how to make my work faster. I need to work at least at one main job (instead of three) so that I can devote more time to the game. But at the moment, I can’t afford that… Please forgive me for repeating this again. I want to sincerely apologize to those whom I haven’t replied to in messages. I’m sorry, but I really have very little free time. No matter how hard I try to read all the messages, I physically can’t do it. There are too many messages! Most of them, unfortunately, contain hate, but sometimes it’s impossible to tell what they’re about until I open the message.
I read messages from followers on Patreon and Boosty first. Then, as far as possible, I read email and messages on other platforms. Sometimes it happens that I read a message, planning to reply later… but then I forget to do so. And on top of that message, many new messages come in, pushing it far down…
I really ask everyone, please don’t be offended with me if I haven’t replied to someone. I don’t do it on purpose, and not out of malice!
