Hi!

For the past week, I've had a lot of thoughts in my head about the game Size Difference World. However, now, as I write this post, I realized that I've forgotten all about it. It seems I'm too tired at my main offline jobs. But that's not what I'm talking about right now...

It seems it's time to start actively working on content again, despite all my life difficulties. After all, creating size-difference content is one of the few things in the chaos of my life that gives me any pleasure. I'm really glad that there are people who also enjoy what I do.

Next week I will start creating size-difference images again. Alas, I am working all alone now, without an assistant, and I won't be able to create images as fast as before. Besides, I want to prioritize the development of the Size Difference World game, and size-difference images will serve to keep my followers interested.

There is a lot of work to be done on Size Difference World to port the game mechanics to the new Construct 3 engine, as well as creating new mechanics. The RPG Maker engine, while simple, is not suitable for the kind of game I want to make. RPG Maker, which I used originally for Size Difference World, is perfectly suited for story-oriented games. I'm working on the game completely alone, and I don't have the proper skills to work out the story. In my circumstances, it's too late to acquire the necessary skills. With my three offline jobs, it would take me an infinite amount of time to do so. Therefore, I need to prioritize action. And size-difference images will create the atmosphere.

I would like to touch on one point regarding the Size Difference World prototype game, available on my Patreon and Boosty. A lot of people mistakenly think that this is a so-called "vertical slice" of the game (i.e. a snippet of the final version of the game). And these people write criticism that would be appropriate towards the final version of the game. And this is despite the fact that I have repeatedly given explanations about the lack of images in the game; explanations about the fact that the final images will be changed; that there will be more images in the final version; that the story may be changed... and so on. I even made some explanations appearing when the game prototype starts. And those explanations can't even be skipped. And even still, I get a lot of misplaced negativity about things that are scheduled to change. It's just that the turn to those changes will come in the distant future. Believe me, no matter how hard I try, it's very difficult to do alone a game development studio level project.

The new version of the game I have planned on the Construct 3 engine will be much simplified. I'm sorry if I didn't meet anyone's expectations. But I am forced to work within my current realities. The size-difference atmosphere in the game will still remain.

I guess, for now, I have nothing more to say. Again, all the thoughts that appeared in the middle of the week have disappeared somewhere. And besides, a lot has already been said in my other posts.

If you want to write something, or ask some question, please take some time to read all the previous posts.

I apologize if the information in the posts seems very chaotic and rambling. Some of the information in the older posts may already be outdated. I'm sorry, I don't have the time to get my texts in order. I hope those who are interested can understand everything.

I also apologize that I can't reply to everyone who has written to me. Believe me, I read all messages both on my pages and in e-mail. I just don't have time to reply to everyone.

Stay with me and follow my posts.

Many thanks to everyone who supports me.

Unfortunately the negativity tends to be loud when it comes to these sorts of projects, lots of folk are still rooting for you and eager to see what you can do, but your IRL health and job certainly comes first and I don't think anyone can blame you for focusing on what you think you can reasonably achieve.
