APRIL DEMOCRACY (OKAYU): Outfit

It was VERY close, we have a 2-way tie between Clio and Okayu, with the other two just one or two votes away. For now, I will focus on Okayu and draw her for the month, BUT I will also try to draw Clio as well! I say try because uni is starting again, and I can't gauge how much time I will have. Even if I don't manage to draw Clio this month, I will definitely do so next!

As for the Okayu art, this time I will have you choose an outfit only! The given outfit will influence what will happen in the scene, but what that will be, you'll have to see when it's ready!
