Going by those numbers, he's probably a good guy. We know from Siege knight that some knights are monsters, and he hasn't actually eaten a heaven spawn so that might have been self defense. Feel bad for this little wolf brigand about to get self defensed all over the woods though.

It’s possible that he was amused by her foolish courage and let her live because of it, but I won’t bet on that possibility. Also, I just realized something, she reminds me of the hubris of low level bandits in Skyrim attacking a high level Dragonborn XD
