Update

Brief update again. I'm back in the hospital, but this time there is a bit of good news with the bad. It seems we finally have a definitive answer about what's going on with me, and knowing what we're dealing with will go a long way towards actual recovery. That said, I'm looking at long term treatment, but from what I can tell, I'll be able to work my way back to at least being able to write a bit sooner rather than later, although ever since my doctors found out I was writing full-time they have been urging caution about any thinking of getting back to work in that kind of capacity.

As to what happened. I had a medical emergency last Thursday and had to be rushed to the hospital. The doctors had to perform several emergency operations to save my life, but luckily I pulled through, and as an added benefit, they managed to get a clearer picture of what exactly is going wrong in the process. I prob won't be able to do many updates, as while I have my electronics and internet access this time I'm in pretty bad shape.

To everyone who sent well wishes and positive vibes in any way, seriously, thank you. And let me just add I just seriously, seriously have always appreciated every single person who has read all of my silly writings. Sometimes I'm not sure if I say that enough, but I really really do. Knowing that people were reading the things I wrote was one of the lights that got me through some of the darkest moments in my life, and while I'm not gonna push myself unnecessarily at the risk of my health to keep writing, I just honestly cannot wait to get back to writing at least a little. With nothing to do most of the time, I've just been lying in bed going through story ideas and plans in my head for current stories and future ones, so hopefully with a bit more time I'll be able to get back to doing what I love.
