Update
So, a bit of good news in the bleak pit of despair that was September, but holy crap Chapter 15 of Banished placed second overall for August month's reader's choice award! Serious, mega major thank you to everyone who voted and just supported my continued writing in general!
September was pretty bad, ngl. I've gotten some pretty nasty illnesses in my life but nothing compares to this virus imo. It was terrible, and to add to the misery, the constant state of isolation to make sure that I didn't spread the thing, esp to my family members, made it a pretty trying time. That said, I felt a lot better over the weekend. My breathing is pretty much back to normal, and the fevers didn't feel like they were completely destroying my brain anymore.
I actually even got up to some writing, pushing Banished chapter 19 to ~96 pages. I did have a fleeting dream of being able to push through finishing it before the month could end, but I quickly realized that'd be ill-advised reckless behavior. LOL. Being able to write even a little though has done wonders for my mood, so I'll keep at it, and I have some ideas for what I think I can accomplish next month, which I'll share in a few days when I do the schedule for October.
Special thanks again to everyone who offered me words of support during this rough time. It meant a lot, and I really appreciated it.
With love,
Kousaka~

Glad to hear you’re feeling a lot better and doing well! Congrats with the award - well deserved, keep being cool and creative. Looking forward to the next chapter at your leisure.
Glad to hear that things seem to be going better for you, and congratulations on your award! You definitely deserve it. Try and relax a bit while you improve, don't have a relapse. Though I will say, that your drive to write really does show how much of a passion this is for you. Here's to hoping you feel 100% soon and can resume the passion full force.
Glad to hear you are feeling better, and congrats again on your shinny new blue W! In my opinion, it is long over due.
Congratulations and very glad to hear that you seem to do better! Take it easy and dont overdo it, give your body the time to recover that it needs.
