DLSS 5 Neural Uplift Is Working in Wild Life (Nvidia 40 and 50 series GPUs)
As you may have heard, the DLSS5 implementation was leaked just recently through a game release and.. well, this moved insanely fast into Wild Life RPG.
DLSS 5 Neural Uplift has now been successfully injected into Wild Life, and the big news is that a community-patched DLL has also made it work on RTX 40-series cards.
The results? See for yourself below! It's basically an AI filter over your game.
The visual difference can be pretty wild, particularly on:
faces
skin detail
materials
lighting
Do not expect any changes on anthro characters and the environment. There you will see mostly lighting differences without any major uplift towards photo-realistic visual like with human characters.
Overall it has to be said that it's not perfect, and many people are put off by the AI filter in general. DLSS 5 comes with settings that can adjust the effect to be more subtle or pronounced, with few presets as well. Where DLSS5 shows lot of flaws is particularly in motion, expect artifacts there.
How to install it
Iโm including a YouTube guide showing the setup step by step:
[YOUTUBE VIDEO HERE]
Follow the guide carefully, as this is currently a community modification using patched files, not an officially supported feature.
I strongly recommend:
backing up any DLL/files you replace
following the exact versions shown in the guide
avoiding random DLL downloads from untrusted sources
expecting bugs, performance loss or visual artifacts while this is still experimental
Be warned - virustotal flagged it - so install and use at your own risk.
The community generaly treats it false positive, but you never know for sure.
You have been warned

I got all the files installed but my game now crashes or have infinite load screen at start. Anyone running into same issue?
Even tho it looks amazing no Gaming PC or Gaming Laptop is worth risk of getting a virus ๐ฆ
