Simkhira Service Sims (Part 1)

New Year, New NPC's! ✨

Over the holidays, I have been thinking about the direction of my content - and I realized that I want to create more "useful" sims (NPC's, Service Sims, Coworkers, etc.). So today, we are starting with my first set of NPC's.

NPC’s are non-playable characters that fulfill service roles in The Sims 4. This household includes: a landlord, a nanny, a gardener, a maid, a repairman, a butler, a librarian, and a mailman:

Installation Instructions:

Place this household on an empty lot, and evict them immediately. DO NOT GO INTO LIVE MODE WITH THEM (otherwise, they will lose their NPC roles). Once evicted, go into 'Manage Households' and mark them as “Unplayed” (otherwise, they will not show up when hired). 🤎

Minimal Custom Content Included
All Outfits, Preferences, Skills, Careers, etc.
I own all EP's, GP's, SP's, and Kits
