Acacia Avenue
I am beyond ready for The Sims 4 'For Rent' to be released! I have created multiple apartment complexes, townhomes, and multi-family residences. I am completely overhauling San Sequoia to be a real estate investor's dream! Here is the first property I would like to share:
Acacia Avenue is a newly renovated apartment complex located in Gilbert Gardens (San Sequoia). There are six units total. Each unit includes an open concept living area, a modern kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, two spacious bedrooms, a luxury bathroom, and a laundry room with custom cabinetry. If luxury is what your family is looking for, you've certainly found it! 馃

Hello, Do i have to download all the K-Hippie Terrain Replacements for each worlds?
Apologies for the late reply! You do not need the Terrain Replacement mod for this download. The mod will just make the textures (grass, bricks, etc.) look more realistic 馃
I'm thrilled about the upcoming expansion pack! This is a perfect build for some rotational gameplay. Now, I just trying to decide which group of your Sims to include in it.
Me too! 馃 I plan to fill it up with a lot of single sims... I love the drama, lol.
