I originally put MMF at extremely negative, but then when you mentioned the question about having a femboy involved, I went back and changed it to just more negative. Personally, I only like MMF if the two guys are either the same person (clones) or if at least one of them is feminine.

For me, it's futa protagonist getting all the ladies, no femboys or futa x male. Hell my niche fetish is a futa ntr'ing a female from her male partner haha. I had a lot of caveats.
