JL: Next Generation v0.15 – Preview

Hey everyone!
Here’s an early look at what’s coming with version 0.15. I consider this update a 2.0-style release—almost like a relaunch of the game.

This update includes 50+ bug fixes and improvements across the board. One major improvement is how saves and replays work—if you complete a playthrough and reload an earlier save to try a different path, quests will now behave correctly instead of staying marked as completed. The gallery has also received major improvements to both its look and functionality.

I’m also excited to introduce three new mini-games, bringing the total to four mini-games accessible from your laptop, plus the fight mini-game in the training room.

Another big addition is the new AI chat system, which you can discover and interact with. It includes millions of new scenarios and interactions. On top of that, the update introduces a full Achievements system with 30+ achievements, ranging from story milestones to gameplay challenges and secrets.

I also spent a full day optimizing the game size, reducing it from 3GB to 2GB without sacrificing much visual quality. And of course, there are a few story surprises waiting for you in this update.

What I’ve mentioned here is only a portion of what v0.15 offers. I’ve put a huge amount of work into this update, and I truly appreciate everyone who’s still here supporting the project.

Release Schedule:

  • The free version of v0.14 will be released first so everyone can try it.

  • A few days later, the early paid release of v0.15 will go live.

  • The free version of v0.15 will be released when I announce the schedule for v0.16.

Thank you all for your patience and continued support—it really means a lot.
