WIP: Áo Dài
The production of this Áo Dài has officially kicked our butts! 😅 We are still fighting our way through the technicals, but we’re slowly making progress.
Fun fact - this isn’t actually the first clothing CC item we ever created! A dear patron commissioned us a while back to create a beautiful garment, and that project gave us the confidence to finally try figuring out CAS stuff on our own.
The texturing phase is practically complete! We’ve set up a huge range of swatches, from plain silks to vibrant vintage patterns. Expect classic florals, nostalgic polka dots, and iconic gạch bông (retro cement tile) prints! 🌸🧱✨
As you can see in the screenshot, getting long, flowing side slits and wide silk trousers to deform naturally without clipping in-game is a total nightmare, but we are actively tweaking the weight painting to get the movement just right 😭
It’s been a massive learning curve, but seeing a piece of our culture come to life in The Sims makes every headache worth it. Thank you so much for being supportive and patient with us through all of this!

Also I will gladly help you out with hunting down images of each of the cultures clothing and bb stuff I’d like to see in the game, just message me and I will gladly help out with that part as I already look up examples of traditional clothing from all over the world and different big and small world religions for inspiration and fun!
I use most of your sets as they are perfect for my love of representing different cultures and religions in my game, especially Japanese, Chinese, and the most interesting your own indigenous to Vietnam/from your own country and culture and heritage of the ethnic Vietnamese people
Sorry for overloading you with ideas but I have alot I want to see in the game for representation, and you are extremely talented I have a majority of your cc sets and use them often, and most people require people who have any cc requests or even ideas and inspiration to be a paid subscriber

That would be amazing, and my Ancestral Iranian both Shia Muslim Iranian CAS and BB and Zoroastrian Iranian CAS and BB would mean so much to me, alongside South Asian, more southeast Asian both Vietnamese and outside of Vietnam especially in Myanmar, Cambodia, and Indonesia!
