Lies of P - Camera Tweaks v1.0.1

Add local camera offset & lock-on tracking offset
Smoothly retract and spring-back the camera arm when it's hitting the environment
Change position/rotation lag speed.
Usage:
Extract the LOP_CameraOffset-<version>.7z file to the root directory of the game.
The config file is located in "Lies of P\LiesofP\Binaries\Win64\mods\PCam"
