So they don’t say it in the movie, but apparently in the book it said that there’s shit in the coffee that the old lady brings to Beverly and she doesn’t notice until after she takes a sip. Although since apparently it didn’t taste like shit when she took a sip I’m not sure if that meant that it turned to shit after she took a sip or if it was just happened to be shit that didn’t taste like shit for some reason.

Definitely gotta watch welcome to derry now the prequel to IT

Fun fact they used a lil bit of CGI and voice effects on the kids because the movie was shot 2 years later so they’re voices and facial features had changed & in the beginning Bill is supposed to represent Stephen king the creator of IT, and the movie they were “filming” was Carrie another Stephen King film.
