Ray (2004)

This was an amazing movie and Jamie Foxx killed this rule truly, Oscar worthy. I honestly forgot how bad Ray Charles drug addiction was but him being blind and dealing with the grief of his brother dying probably let him down that road, and he overcame it had real vices, but ultimately this was a great performance and movie. Great reaction MJ ❤️🙏🏽

You should watch the chi on ur show channel

I think jamie actually sang in this movie

Dang u big backing. I’m just playing. Go ahead and big back. Cause I’m a big back too

I mean Michael owned his masters in the 80’s

The first time I heard that Night and Day song was on an episode of The Cosby Show

I could never be someone’s side chick and I wouldn’t want my s/o to have a side chick

I feel like a lot of artists back in the day got addicted to drugs once they got a taste. Billie Holliday went through the same thing

Once Again Queen MJ You Reacted To A Great Movie! Mr. Jamie Foxx Definitely Deserved The Oscar! If You Loved This Film You Would Definitely Love "Get On Up: The James Brown Story" and "The Jacksons: An American Dream"! Peace and Love Queen MJ! ❤️ 👑 🌹 💐 🎥

Young Ray did not any problems with his vision when his brother drowned.

"You're trying to follow your dream and you're doing drugs"?......It's definitely a life gamble and not for everyone but soooo many great ideas and timeless songs were inspired by drugs.

They were working on the movie with his blessing. Jamie Foxx shadowed him for months to prepare for the role. You can find the documentary from the DVD on Youtube

1:30:00 Shoutout to the Cosby Show, for reintroducing this song to our generation!

Oh, we doing all the biopic now that’s perfect

Jamie Foxx actually spent years perfecting this role. He spent a lot of time around Ray Charles before he passed to learn more about him and get his mannerisms down. He even glued his eyes shut for 12-14 hours a day while he was filming.

Now Jacksons American Dream & Get On Up!

Hahaaaaa! Time to make it do what it do baby lol. Jamie definitely deserved that Oscar. 👍🏾🔥❤️

GREAT BIOPIC

Jamie Foxx's best performance in his entire career
