C13 Publishing presents - "Der Raser" 2.0
Let me start by saying that the W204 C63 is one of my all time favorite cars. The balance of raw power and style is simply sublime. So when opportunity presented itself to work on one of these for AC, with Remco of GMP no less, i jumped at it. The result was a 3 pack of cars - stock, the slightly upgraded c13 spec, and the insane supercharged Weidmann.
The c13 spec, nicknamed "der Raser" is really the goldilocks car. A bit more oomph than the stock, while not equivocating a press of the loud pedal with an immediate death wish. And it's been the focus of a good amount of my attention over the past couple of months. I'm still super proud of the 3 pack, but there was room for improvement, so i decided to take advantage of it.
The car has received Real Feel support ("Output real forces to wheel" CSP option), with a power steering LUT built specifically for this car. This results in sublime communication of what the weight transfer is doing, while also doing a lot of heavy lifting to mitigate bump steer and the weightlessness on centre that AC generally struggles with.
In addition the sound was replaced with one by KCMIR0
, who got access to an E63 with the same M156 powerplant. With the samples recorded, the car is truly bumped to the next level of immersion.
The next step was a full material overhaul. All paints were redone with PBR standards in mind, and with the now fixed specular reflections in LCS on the latest CSP versions, this car truly shines.
The interior also saw an almost complete overhaul, with textures remade where necessary, and the material setup tweaked to get the most out of AC's old engine. The skin selection variation in regards to the interior was retained and also expanded upon. I look forward to hearing your impressions on some of the specs.
The old interior was also missing some dashboard icons. This was an oversight i'll admit, but thankfully the quality resources made the inclusion of all the relevant icons a breeze. The dash now shows indicators for:
- Headlights
- High beams
- Turn indicators
- Front foglights
- Rear foglights
- Sport mode icon linked to TC state
- TC off
- ABS Active
- Airbag indicator following collision
- Shift light
- Low fuel
In addition to all of this, the car has also had all LODs rebuilt, to maintain quality visuals over distance, with specific fixes for missing lights, joined turn signals, etc.
This car is a true oldie but goldie, tracing it's roots to the GMP facebook page from years ago. I'm honored to be a part of it's journey, and excited to hear your feedback.
A special thanks to everyone who made this possible, primarily:

And an extra special thanks to all Patrons who support the C13 Automotive projects so that content like this can be freely available to everyone. Thank you, and an extra shoutout to everyone who helped test during the Early Access period.
Love you guys, until next time.

My dads got a W205. However absolutely love the 6.2 litre naturally aspirated units in these and obviously the unmatched beauty. Thanks for this mod.
Hi! I'm interested in supporting your work to get the full Aegis filter pack. Is the complete version/pack included in the 'Supporter' tier? Thank you!
Hi. As is stated in the tier description, the supporter tier does not natively receive any content. In spite of this I have made 2.42 available to tier 1. Tier 2 on the other hand currently has access to a very early dev version of 2.99, and the Exige Cup 430 in early access.
maybe you can have a look into the brake glow settings......they are starting immediately to glow
Hm, I only had that issue after saving the config. Is it only on the left hand side?
