0.4.0 : What's coming

Hello everyone!

This next update will have three big pieces: a livelier take on intimate scenes, a whole new questline for Mark, and two new endings for Elena.

Let's start with the scenes. First, two new usable items: condoms and stamina tonics, both bought at the pharmacy. A condom prevents pregnancy, and a tonic lets a scene run longer than it normally would by temporarily increasing the climax cap of the character. There's also a new Focus skill: spend a turn pacing yourself so you can take care of your partner first.

Now for the people. Every NPC will manage their own protection and act on how they feel about having kids. Some will reach for a condom because a pregnancy is the last thing they want, others will skip it on purpose because they're actually trying for a baby. Being careless with someone who fears a pregnancy will be a genuine relationship hit, not a free pass. Pregnant partners will also react during scenes, with their own lines and a tone that follows where your relationship stands.

On the story side, Mark gets a full questline of his own to play through, and Elena's storyline gains two new endings.

A few smaller things:

• the gym, mall, and cinema will all stay open later

• you'll be able to raise your starting climax cap in character creation

• the cheats menu gets a lot roomier, letting you edit traits, skills, and climax caps for yourself and any NPC
