Thank you miss subject for this hypnosis it has help me tremendously. It's very sticky to me and it has eased me to sleep more times than I can remember. It has also helped me in meditation which used to be almost impossible for me because of racing thoughts that refused to leave. My ADHD brain has sweet release XD thank you again miss subject <3
I found this on Youtube a few years ago, then it disappeared. This always helped me fall asleep, glad i found a version of it again. Is the 30 min looped version that used to be on Youtube still available anywhere?
