Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
- I bought a model from the Patreon Shop/Cults3D, but I can't find the pre-supported files.
Pre-supported files are exclusive to patrons and aren't available for purchase elsewhere. If you used a coupon to get a model and can't find the pre-supported files, don't worry, just send us a message! We'll send you the link to the pre-supported files for that model.
- When are the models released?
New models are usually released on the last day of the month. That said, at Samiho we care way more about quality than rushing releases. By quality, we mean the pose, overall look, head sculpt accuracy, character fidelity, details, and clean cuts for printing.
If something does not meet our standards, we may take a bit more time to fix and improve it. We prefer doing it right rather than releasing something unfinished.
And no worries about your subscription. If you subscribed only for a specific character, you will receive it even if you cancel before the release!
- Why does some models take longer to be released?
Our figures are built with a very high level of detail. This not only takes more time to sculpt, but also puts a heavy load on the software and hardware we use.
Highly detailed models can be several times heavier than simpler ones, which slows down the workflow. Because of that, we often need extra steps to optimize and refine different parts of the model.
We also go back and forth a lot to improve details and, in some cases, redo parts to reach the level we’re aiming for. And sometimes, we have to deal with things like slowdowns or software crashes along the way.
At the end of the day, it's not just about sculpting speed. It's about making sure the final result matches the quality we want to deliver.
- Where can I find the magnet sizes for each model?
Inside the ZIP folder of each model, you'll find a text file called "Instructions.txt".
Once the model is pre-supported, we add the magnet sizes to that file, so make sure to check it before printing.
- "Sorry, the discount code you wish to use is invalid."
Starting in March 2026, our links became dynamic, which means they change every week. If you're seeing this message, it means the link for that model has already been updated.
No worries, you can find the latest link in the "Start Here" pinned post. If you still need help, just send us a message!
- Do you take comissions?
No. However, as a patron you have the voting power to suggest new characters for future releases. On our Patreon we make polls to let the community choose some of the next releases. We have a roadmap as well where you can suggest a model and we'll add that to the list of future releases. Access it here!
- How can I know the next releases?
We post the characters for the next releases on the first days of each month, so stay tunned on Patreon!
- FDM or Resin printers?
You can use both! Some people like printing the base in filament, some will print it all in resin. Inside the ZIP file of the model you'll find a folder called "Simplified" that contains a FDM version of the file that will make your life much easier. Those files are quick to print and they have no small parts. You can print not only the base but the whole figure on a FDM printer. If you need more knowledge about the differences between FDM and Resin printers, check out this post in our blog!
- What are the benefits of becoming a patron?
By becoming a patron you'll have access to:
Pre-supported files that will save you a lot of time when printing your figures. Those supports are manually done to ensure your print won't fail, and they can fit most resin printers.
Magnet-ready files that let you swap parts, assemble and disassemble the figure easily, and give your prints a clean, professional look.

- Can I cancel my Patreon subscription anytime?
Of course! You can cancel anytime you need and you'll always be welcome to join us again. If you cancel your subscription, you'll still get the models that will be released that month. For example, let's say you joined us for the first time on January 1st. But then you cancel your subscription on January 10th. You'll still have full access to all the benefits until February 1st. You'll also receive all the models released during January.
- What can I find inside every model's ZIP file?
Every ZIP file contains STLs pieces ready for printing, high-quality images of the figure, instructions to help you printing/assembling, and, if you're a member of our Patreon, pre-supported files for resin printers that will save you a lot of time (and headaches). The quantity of STLs pieces will vary according to the complexity of the figure.
- I have a shop, can I sell a printed (physical) figure of yours?
Absolutely! As a patron of our Vulpes Tier you have permission to sell printed figures from our files. However, we are fans too and we do not own the characters themselves. We only create the models because we love these characters. Those are fanart sculpts.
That said, please do not sell or give away our STL files. We know how the internet works, but the income from these files is what allows us to keep sculpting and releasing new models.
Thanks for understanding and supporting our work ❤️
- Are those figures official/licensed?
No. Our models are fanart, created by an anime fan. They aren't officially/licensed, and all rights to the characters, storylines, and names belong to their respective creators.
- I want a 30% discount coupon, how can I get that?
Just send us a message anytime and I'll create a special coupon for you!
- How do the pre-supported files work?
Every model we release includes pre-supported files specifically for resin printers. By default, these files are in the .chitubox format, so you’ll need Chitubox to open them. However, you can always open and export them as .STL files to use with your preferred slicer.
Starting in September 2024, our figures now include pre-supported .STL files directly, saving you the step of exporting and making it even easier to get printing-ready!
- When are the pre-supports available?
Pre-supported files are typically released around 10 days after the model itself. First, we manually add supports and print the model in the studio to ensure everything is working perfectly. Only then we make the pre-supported files available to the public. For simpler models, this can take just a day, while more complex ones may require 4-5 days.
- What are the 3MF Colored files?
These files are made for Bambu FDM printers. We manually color them in Bambu Studio so you can use multi-filament and print them already colored, without needing to set anything up yourself. It is a time-consuming process, but it saves you a lot of work and testing!
- Why do you say the files are Magnets Ready?
Because our pre-supported files (only the pre-supported versions, not the raw STLs) already include holes for magnets. This means you can print the parts and simply insert the magnets.
All magnet holes are designed with proper tolerance so the magnets fit perfectly. Just make sure to check the required magnet sizes for each model. You can find that info in the Instructions.txt file included in the ZIP folder.
- When I try to download a model, Gumroad asks for a tip. Do I have to pay?
No, you don't! This is just part of Gumroad’s process. You can simply enter $0 in the tip field, and the download link will become available.
- I found an error in a model. What should I do?
Send us a message to report it, and if possible, include an image of the issue. We recommend always making sure you have the latest version of the model before printing, as some errors may have been reported and fixed already. If you’ve had the model for over a week, it’s best to download it again before starting to print.
- How can I download the latest version of the models? Do models receive updates?
Yes, they do! The link for the model stays the same, so you can download the latest version anytime from your Gumroad Library or through the original link sent to you when the model was released. Any updates we make to a model are uploaded to the same folder, and they’ll appear directly in your library.
