I've split it all up so you can paint it easier. The spikes on Samehada's body, Kisame's hair, hands, forearms, they're all splittable! There's a scheme for Samehada's spike inside the Images folder to help you assemble it.
The default size of this model is:

Width: 19.3
Centimeters
It's proportional to Pain's size, however, Kisame is taller than him.
