2930 CLAY AVE | 8 BR/6 BA | 50x40 LOT w/ download link + tour
For this build, I didn't decorate every room upstairs because it would take up a lot of space. Every build from now on will be either fully decorated or partially. This home is partially decorated!
1. Unzip the file
2. Insert CC files into your Mods Folder
3. Insert TRAY files into your TRAY Folder
I sometimes use the same CC, so please make sure you’re checking that, so you don’t have duplicate files using MOD MANAGER.
If anything is missing or you’re having issues just message me and let me know. I have a ton of CC and sometimes I miss adding everything.
Lastly, make sure you have BB.MOVEOBJECTS on before placing this lot as things may be out of place
DO NOT claim any of my builds as your own. This includes changing things and reuploading my build claiming as if it is your build.
Thank you to all the creators who make my builds possible! I take no credit for the CC used in my builds.
