LOW INCOME APARTMENTS| 3BR/1BA | 30x30 LOT
This build includes 4 units. I only decorated one unit since they're small. I was going to decorate another one, but if I decorate everything then you all won't get enough content from me. I have many more builds coming, so just hang with me! :) I already separated each unit with the RESIDENTIAL RENTAL pack. Before placing the lot, please be sure that the lot type is RESIDENTIAL RENTAL or it won't allow you to place the lot. Apartment 1 is furnished, and the rest are unfurnished. If there's too much clutter just delete it! I furnished it for someone that wanted it to look lived in.
1. Unzip the file
2. Insert CC files into your Mods Folder (If you don't want merged files in your game, you can simply unmerge them using SIMS4STUDIO or omit them in general. However, you may have missing items)
3. Insert TRAY files into your TRAY Folder
I sometimes use the same CC, so please make sure you’re checking that. Just make sure you don’t have duplicate files using MOD MANAGER.
Make sure you have BB.MOVEOBJECTS on before placing this lot as things may be out of place.
If you don't want merged files in your game, you can simply unmerge them using SIMS4STUDIO.
ROUTING ISSUES:
If your sims can't move around something you will have to delete the object that's keeping them from moving around it. Possibly a coffee table or ceiling fan.
