For this home I went for an early 2000's fall look. This particular home reminds me of a Saturday morning riding around and seeing homes with a yard sale out front. Those items can be sold using a mod or a game pack that allows you to sell items. This build is 2.98 GB, so omit items you may already have by using the help down below.

1. Unzip the file
2. Insert CC files into your Mods Folder (If you don't want merged files in your game, you can simply unmerge them using SIMS4STUDIO or omit them in general. However, you may have missing items)
3. Insert TRAY files into your TRAY Folder
I sometimes use the same CC, so please make sure you’re checking that. Just make sure you don’t have duplicate files using MOD MANAGER.
Make sure you have BB.MOVEOBJECTS on before placing this lot as things may be out of place.
If you don't want merged files in your game, you can simply unmerge them using SIMS4STUDIO.
I removed the vehicles to save on download space. They’re by Breeze Motors. I kept the daycare vans though.
ROUTING ISSUES:
If your sims can't move around something you will have to delete the object that's keeping them from moving around it. Possibly a coffee table or ceiling fan.
DO NOT claim any of my builds as your own. This includes changing things and reuploading my build claiming as if it is your build
