FOURPLEX | 4 UNITS | 30x30 LOT | w/ download link + tour
This build features 4 units and two are partially decorated. There's two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in each unit. Each unit has a full backyard and front parking area.
I say partial because all of my next few builds are furnished in some sort of way and I don't want to take up so much of your space with cc you may already have. Also, some people like to decorate themselves and some don't. I decorated them very lightly so it wouldn't take 7GB to download.
1. Unzip the file
2. Insert CC files into your Mods Folder (If you don't want merged files in your game, you can simply unmerge them using SIMS4STUDIO.)
3. Insert TRAY files into your TRAY Folder
I sometimes use the same CC, so please make sure you’re checking that. Just make sure you don’t have duplicate files using MOD MANAGER.
Make sure you have BB.MOVEOBJECTS on before placing this lot as things may be out of place.
If you don't want merged files in your game, you can simply unmerge them using SIMS4STUDIO.
I removed the vehicles to save on download space. They’re by Breeze Motors. I kept the daycare vans though.
ROUTING ISSUES:
If your sims can't move around something you will have to delete the object that's keeping them from moving around it.
DO NOT claim any of my builds as your own. This includes changing things and reuploading my build claiming as if it is your build
Thank you to all the creators who make my builds possible! I take no credit for the CC used in my builds.
