THE VERANDA w/ DOWNLOAD LINK + TOUR | 50x50 LOT
This build features 6 units and 1 uncluttered furnished unit. This lot is a 50x50 lot and functional with the FOR RENT pack. I have it listed as a residential lot, so anyone can make it what they want. This lot also has a leasing office that you can alter to your liking, a gym, a small computer room, and a pool.
1. Unzip the file
2. Insert CC files into your Mods Folder
3. Insert TRAY files into your TRAY Folder
I sometimes use the same CC, so please make sure you’re checking that. Just make sure you don’t have duplicate files using MOD MANAGER.
Make sure you have BB.MOVEOBJECTS on before placing this lot as things may be out of place.
If you don't want merged files in your game you can simply unmerge them using SIMS4STUDIO.
I removed the vehicles to save on download space. They’re by Breeze Motors. I kept the daycare vans though.
ROUTING ISSUES:
If your sims can't move around something you will have to delete the object that's keeping them from moving around it. (Usually, a ceiling fan issue or coffee table if it's in the living room)
DO NOT claim any of my builds as your own. This includes changing things and reuploading my build claiming as if it is your build
