SINGLE DAD CONDOMINIUM / 40x40 / 4 UNITS w/ DOWNLOAD LINK
This build was inspired by something I saw in Columbus, Ohio. I decorated this build for a single dad who has an infant son and a child daughter. All 4 units has 3 levels (basement, main floor, and second floor)
Accompanies: 3BR/3BA and one 4BR/3BA
Functional with the "For Rent" pack. When placing this lot make sure your lot type is Residential Rental, or the build will not allow you to place it down.
I have already separated the units, so you don't have to.
Unit A- Single Dad Apartment
Units B-D aren't furnished.
