This Build includes 5 homes + basketball court, pool, grill area, and playground as the shared space. I included that in this build, since the lots don't have a big backyard.
House #15 is furnished, and the rest are empty to customize to your liking.
I removed vehicles to save on storage.

Unzip the file
Insert the Tray files into your Tray Folder
Insert the CC files into your Mods Folder

If you have already downloaded this build then you may have merge files. If you don't want those merge files in your game, you can use SIMS4STUDIO to un-merge those files.
The files below are merge files that I used in this build. However, if you want them, you can download them, if not files will be missing, and you can replace them with other items in your game. This entire build is only roughly 2GB.
