IMPORTANT NOTICE

FIXED CC FOR DIRECTX11 - - SOLUTION
If you are playing with CC, here's how to fix your mods/CC for DX11: 

1) Download and install Sims4Studio 

2) Open Sims4Studio and navigate to: Content Management > Batch Fixes > Misc > Update Images for DX11.

3) Let the process complete. (Note: If you have a lot of CC, this may take some time.) Once it’s done, close Sims 4 Studio, and you’ll be good to go! :)

I was testing this on my build Superstar Mansion With Glass Infinity Pool and it worked! - - If you don’t have time to wait for me to fix the builds, this is how you can fix your CC yourself - - 😊

EDIT---- DIRECTX 9 is the solution! I have tested the Newport Coast Luxury Mansion and it works! I'll also upload a video so you can see it 😊
For now, unfortunately, I don’t have a solution for DirectX 11 :/

 Due to some CC being corrupted or broken, certain builds might not work properly. For those houses that I’m unable to fix, I’ll likely rebuild/redecorate them.

To make this process easier, you can send me the names of the problematic houses or the ones you’d like to see rebuilt via email at e2brequests@gmail.com, and I’ll do my best to make them playable again as soon as possible.

Additionally, you can also use this email to send suggestions. If you come across any floor plans, photos, or videos of objects or builds you like, feel free to request them, and I’ll do my best to bring your ideas to life, if possible. 😊
