Tales of Androgyny - Mermaid!
Our latest new arrival to the game, a gentle mermaid lady. Word to the wise: mermaid reproduction and seahorse reproduction are strangely similar. Evolutionary link?
You signal to her that you want to approach, and she curls a finger towards herself. "Then... come to me. Let's have babies."
You approach her slowly, and she watches you with a wry smile, before reaching out to you with both arms, inviting you into her embrace.
She wraps her arms around you and you fall into her full, soft body catching your weight gracefully. She's surprisingly warm, although the cool breeze over the water and the cooling water on your skin still chills you.
She nuzzles you, and then kisses you, and your mind is immediately filled with hazy, indistinct noise. You feel her tongue on yours, and her smile is infectious.

Egg laying O.o
I like how the spider's currently set up (although I'd love it to not be a bad end too - having it be a compulsion to return-or-badend and either resist or get egged again would be cool). I'd love to see an enemy where you get egged by one and then get it fertilized by another later, though - like how the goblin female implies their reproduction works. Maybe a plant type enemy or something - seed + pollen = tentacle monster or something.

Dudes, i have a suggestion for spider egging mechanic you're planning to rework. It occurred to me that the way it is now is actually very harmful for future spiderlings, because spider fertilizes her own eggs (unless the sperm she stores is not her own, as in a case with real spiders). It is a worst case of inbreeding - genetic equivalent to selfcest. Since I care for spider queen's children and want them to eventually take over the world, here is what i suggest: Spider can lay her eggs inside our protagonist boi and then let him wander in search of adventures for his ass (as russian proverb goes) to fertilize them. Agility penalty of eggs stuffed in his ass should be enough incentive to engage in those adventures eventually. Such scheme would make spider encounter non fatal and ensure great genetic diversity and natural selection, as only fittest would be able to fertilize egg, since it is required to kick protagonist ass most of the time to make him submit.
Spiders can actually store former partner's sperm for later use, and a lot of species undergo parthenogenesis as one mode of reproduction, although that's not true of any spiders. Bees, lizards, etc. - bees similarly being able to store and deploy sperm at a later time. Good idea though.
