To the patron requesting no charge/refund!
Hi everyone - trying to reach out to someone who left an exit survey asking not to be charged because their bank account was low on funds - if that's you, please message us! Exit surveys are anonymous, so we can't actually tell who you are, only that you were a bunny tier patron!

I just had this problem but I've also changed my bank account and restarted the pledge
If they left before end of this month they probably won't be charged since they won't be on there when its processed on Dec 1st.

i dont think this is me, but i did change my bunny to pony cause i'm poor as fuck.
This person was in an exit survey, so they deleted their pledge entirely - and they left us a note as part of it requesting they not be charged.
