I’m not sure if you done a lot of these but what about the listener dealing with anxiety/ depression and they have like an anxiety attack at a party and the bully notices and tries to help you calm down and care for you.

I loooove some enemies/rivals to lovers, with both the listener and the speaker being a little catty and sassy back and forth, but both enjoying it. Ideas for settings could be running into each other in a restaurant or cafe after one person got stood up, one of them confessing longstanding feelings after a lost bet (maybe they competed on an exam or something), or the old reliable taking care of a drunk at a house party gone off the rails.
