Update issue (skirts, pants, etc)
Hey! In case you aren't aware already, the latest The Sims 4 update causes an issue with most of my bottom category CC (skirts, pants, etc) which causes them to appear fine in CAS, but once you place them into the game, they disappear. I've been looking for a fix for more than a week now, but to no avail. It seems the only way to get these items to work again, will be to pretty much start them over.
I'll admit It's not the most pleasant feeling to come back from a break and deal with something like this, which will be a real challenge since we're talking about almost 10 years of content and some of them I don't even have the files for anymore... It just really sucks that this new update just randomly messed up with some of my CC that's been working fine for years and just leaves us all in this unnecessary and difficult position. 😞
I ask you to please be patient while I re-do these files, if you happen to find this issue with any of my CC, please let me know which in the comments, this will help a lot to know which ones are affected, since it's hard to tell.
I'll try my best to fix them all and update the files, once that's done, I'll make a new post about it. Thank you very much for understanding! ♥

The Myla skirt, the Rebecca Skirt, the Lua Pants, and the Katya Skirt. I love all your cc and have almost all of it. This sucks. The Myla skirt is my favorite.

hi, the kourt jeans, marine cargos, and carmen shorts are the ones I'm having main issues with, I'll investigate to see if any others are having the same problem, thank you for actually addressing and take your time with it
so, upon further looking, the rebecca skirt, the veronica skirt, agnetha pants, and lua pants are other ones I have issues with

i've noticed this with the carmen shorts and the marnie cargos - i'm so sorry they aren't working and thank u so much for your work towards fixing them 🫶🏻

Hello you all. Yes i have a very big number of items that are no longer working. Mostly the transperent stuff. Certainly not functioning correctly. All working brilliant before the update.

I'm so sorry that this is happening. Please take your time working on it and don't stress. All your other CC is still working flawlessly. As for pieces that are definitely broken, I know some people have mentioned a few skirts already but the ones I'm having an issue with that are my go to favorites are the Kourt Jeans, Ivy Jeans, Rebecca skirt and the Carmen shorts.

Just checked in my game and sadly the Katya Skirt, Tawny pants, Rebecca and Morgan Skirt aren't working

I've only had an issue with 1 skirt and 1 pair of pants. The one piece dresses and all of the tops seem to be working fine.
My game been doing what you describe, but instead with skins. I had to restart two saves still did it. Eventually it corrected it self.I think this is a EA issue and not u.
Oh really? I’ll look into that! It is definitely an EA issue because the items have been working fine for years 😩 the problem now is when will EA will fix this, IF that even happens 😔

I noticed this happens to the Rebecca and Jenny Skirts, they are my absolute favourite and have been working perfectly until the latest update. I can totally understand how time consuming this will be, so please take as much time as you need <3
