Gosh . . Doing this was actually so therapeutic ???? Seeing how much I've developed over the years, and accepting my body and curves as I've gotten older and turned into a Woman. That my boobies barely fit into this bra anymore! --- But also knowing how much that same body has carried me through, and been through . . and how unkind and scrutinizing I often am to it . . Just a lot of feels. But this really was a surprisingly great exercise for my mental health 🧡
