Me after 3 weeks injured, followed by 4 weeks of pool work…. I can tell my shoulders are rounding out, back of my arms are growing, and my core has gotten stronger! I need to build a solid core before I can hit iron safely again. Looking at 4 more weeks before I consider it. Still hovering back around 287lbs. Haircut this weekend (finally).
