I know I’ve been MIA this past month, and I’m so sorry for the radio silence. Life decided to throw a very chaotic plot twist my way: I was getting laid off… then not laid off… then offered a new job… and then also rehired at my old job. So now I’ve got two jobs—one full-time, one part-time—and, because I clearly enjoy suffering, I’ve also gone back to school to work toward my RVT license.

To sum it up: no, I didn’t get laid off. Yes, I got a new job. And somehow, I’m working more than ever and studying on top of that. Absolute madness.

But I haven’t forgotten about you—you’ve been on my mind and in my dreams (and other places 👀). I’m working on getting back into a new routine, and I’ll be posting something very soon.
