So my estrogen has been super high… 142pg/mL đŸ˜¬

Gotta up my Zinc!

Interesting fact, even though Estradiol itself has anabolic properties mediated through IGF1 and insulin pathways, if your Estradiol is too high, your nutrient partitioning will become way less efficient. Not only does Estrogen promote fat gain/storage, but excess Estradiol (E2) will cause calories you consume to be stored less efficiently in muscle and utilized less for hypertrophy, but rather for fat storage/water retention!
Get your E2 levels checked!
