The Neighbors Hung and Handy

I’ve been eyeing my hot neighbor but haven’t had the chance to get him in my bed yet.  When I was getting ready for a shower I noticed the perfect excuse to get him in my apartment.  I turned the hot water heater off and asked him for help, guys just can’t say no to that.  He flipped the switch back on, I played dumb, of accidently dropped my towel just in case he didn’t get the hint.
