Sometimes as I watch content we made from the past, a wave of emotion comes over me. I see myself, a little younger, I see my beautiful wife Stacy, also younger, and of course Zeb who was much younger as well. In this video, I remember my orange Nissan Xterra, the trips we took in it together. We lived in Las Vegas at the time. What a privilege to experience having lived in that city.

The friends we made there as we started our content creation career. It all feels like a dream. Nothing lasts forever. Our homes, our friends, our cars...even our pets and loved ones. Someday it will all pass. Our life is but a vapor, it passes away so quickly. And in the process, I have learned just how beautiful this life is.

It's definitely not about the materialistic possessions. It's about the time, and the love shared together while we are still breathing. And breathing is not something we will do forever. This video brings back so many memories.

Today, our life is very different. We no longer live in Las Vegas. I dont have that Xterra anymore, I don't even own a car anymore. But I'm still breathing, and Stacy is still breathing too. And even Zeb, tho now much older, he's still breathing as well. They are my family and we are still together. And I am thankful. It won't last forever, but we are all here today.

I sit at my favorite cafe on the beach in Ecuador, thinking these thoughts as I share them with you. Life is beautiful, the memories are precious. And someday when I pass from this life to the next, I will be thankful for this experience from my Creator and the origin of my life. My prayers have been answered and I am blessed.
