Chastity training is intense no matter what, but it gets more intense the longer you are locked. This clip is a little summary of some of the differences between long-term and short-term chastity. I prefer extended lockups, but sometimes I use short-term chastity with submissives. There are benefits to chastity, whether you are in chastity for a few hours or several years.
