My first foray into sushi making!!! Success. Very similar types here. You have:
Green Rice with Berbere Smoked Salmon (done at home of course)
Black Rice with Za'atar Smoked Salmon (done at home also)
Then a combo with Green and Black Rice, and both Salmons.
All have cucumber, carrot, habanero, avocado, and jalapeno.
Complimented with a homemade Grapefruit Lime Ponzu Sauce, Wasabi, a Wasabi sauce, a Sriracha Chili Sauce and Ginger with Darjeeling tea yo compliment it all!!

Findings though. I see why they wrap the bamboo board with plastic wrap. Lol
Black Rice is not the best for this, but Green Rice works perfectly!!!!
Portion control truly helps and next time I'll try the Rice on the outside technique. But pretty damn good with no instructor or anything, and fusing a few things together with some ideas. Now I need to perfect it!!!!
