Nearly back to full function guys. Il be happy to explain my disappearance other the last couple of months.

I had a life scare with my heart and which ended me up in hospital and suffered mentally. So other the last couple of months iv been trying to reattend the gym get my life back on track and do plan on returning ASAP.

The heart issues were due to some sport enhancing supplements I stupidly taken. And having stopped all of this it effected my ability to let’s say “preform/get it up”

However, this has now started to improve slightly and going in the right direction as my hormone levels are starting to return.

So again I do apologise for the hiatus!

Much love! ❤️
