Recently, I kicked a guy in the balls so hard that I thought I had twisted my ankle/foot.
Not the guy from the movies - I kick a lot of guys in the balls, maybe I’ll manage to record some of it with a few of them, I’ll ask soon.
Luckily, the next day I felt better.
