Hi everyone! It's time for my semi-regular update post. I don't want anyone to think I'm ever going to completely close up my OF page. Having been in this world for 16 years now, I just see things about it differently, and am eager to try new things in my life.

With that said, I really can't tell you how grateful I am that you are still here with me, and I will always come back to share new stuff when I make it. For now I will keep sharing my fitness videos. And believe me, if I do hit upon some special new collab opportunities in the months to come, you will be the first to know about them!

In the meantime, thank you for being here, and happy spring! Here's my running brief/debrief video from 12/07/25. Have a wonderful weekend :)
