I got gazumped on my apartment today, we had discussed terms, agreed potential dates and price, but either agent or owner accepted a higher offer days after we had agreed in writing

I walked away, annoyed and cross
Not just for me but you too

I am sure there there is the right place for me and us… just got to be patient!
