Piggy Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)
It's time for your performance review, piggy. This cycle I've taken a close look at your progress. I've crunched the numbers, reviewed the data, and done my own visual assessment, and unfortunately the results just aren't where they need to be. After careful consideration, I've decided it's time to place you on a Performance Improvement Plan. That's right, piggy. You're officially on a PIP.
The reason is simple: your performance has been underwhelming. We set clear expectations, and your waistline is still falling well below target. These growth metrics should be trending upward, yet I look at you and all I see is untapped potential. I know you're capable of more, but capability doesn't count for much if the results aren't showing. Right now, you're simply failing to meet expectations.
That means we've got work to do. A lot of work. Over the next 30 days, I expect to see real, measurable improvement. Bigger portions, fewer excuses, more consistency, and a genuine commitment to your objectives. Your only key performance indicator is growth, and I expect you to take that responsibility seriously.
At the end of these 30 days, we'll sit down for another review. I'll compare the data, evaluate your progress, and decide whether you've earned a successful completion of your Performance Improvement Plan. If I don't see meaningful improvement, we'll have no choice but to escalate the situation. This is your chance to prove that you're worth the investment. Don't waste it. I expect results, piggy, and I expect them by the time your next review comes around.
