For me, the kitchen isn’t just a place where dinner gets made. It’s a little ritual that begins with a pleasant atmosphere. Today, Frédéric Chopin’s “Spring Waltz” was playing in the background, tomato sauce was simmering on the stove, and my mind was filled with thoughts of what a wonderful day it had been 🍅🍝🎼

And it’s moments like these that make me realize why I love cooking so much. Not just for the food, but for the atmosphere that comes with it.
