I was a Valedictorian in high school at Westmoore in OKC and went to college on academic and athletic scholarships. I got a medical hardship due to injuries, and then focused on academics, research, leadership, service, and having fun! I was a "fun runner" for a few yrs in college, before I got serious again.

I graduated college selected as a Top 10 Senior (4.0 in my major, top student in major and college), co-author on manuscripts, and went to graduate school to study bone and exercise. That led to my longtime profession as a research assistant specializing in bone imaging and biomedical research.

Running is what most people know me for, but I've got a lot more talents and skills beyond running and having fun. No human is limited!
