Pizza and pasta always gets me soo bloated ! 😩 Fun fact: I went to a doc’s appointment and he basically told me that I need to start losing weight ASAP! I looked him right in the face and said “I know I’ve been trying “ 🤭🤭 lolll little does Doc know that I’m only gonna be fatter the next time he sees me. My BMI is now 47 which makes me class 3 ‘severely obese’. Why is that such a turn on for me when it’s a wake up call for many others. I kinda want to gain another 30 before my next check in appointment which is around November. 🐽
