Goofing off in my gym 🤷🏻‍♀️ happy Monday back on the gym grind. Had to change my split- I had three leg days but with the amount of mountain biking I’ve been doing it became too much. So I’m on an upper lower upper lower split so I can add in a rest day as needed now 😅 I was never good about rest days guess I wasn’t working my legs hard enough before cause now I’m desperate for a god damn rest 🤣
