Hi y’all 🤠

In honor of creating better habits for the new year, I thought I’d start by being more forthcoming with y’all, those who have intimately been so supportive of me 🫂

This video is from last night and is currently where my physique is at. In the past, I would allow how my current physique looked to stop me from both posting & creating content for y’all in fear of not being perceived as anything you’d want to see while I look that way. My body has gone through changes of being more and less then through these past years.

I want to say there is absolutely nothing wrong with my body now or anyone of y’all’s body either, we are all uniquely beautiful as individual human beings.

With that being said, I am continuing my personal gym goals of leaning out while also putting on more muscle and I wanted to share this journey with y’all too instead of hiding 🫶🏼

This is a promise for myself that I will continue to love myself no matter what I look like and continue to create content because that + connecting with y’all is what I genuinely enjoy doing in my life 🙌🏼

This video is me just acknowledging and loving where I am at now while having a good time jerking towards the goals I see for myself 🙌🏼💦

Thank you all for being here for me and my long ass captions 🤧😂🩵
